Grilled squid ICEMAN

Psychologists say that it is useful for a person to change habits and add new experiences to his life. We invite them to believe and try a new dish. Today we cook squid and as always everything is very simple.


  1. Squid tubes
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Fennel
  5. Lemon juice and zest
  6. Olive oil
  7. Mint
  8. Chili pepper

Take squid and defrost them in the refrigerator beforehand. Gradual thawing will preserve the taste of squid as much as possible;

We spread squid on the board and make diagonal cuts;

Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and dried fennel;

And now the most interesting thing: heat the grill pan and fry the squid for a minute on each side;

In a separate bowl, mix one part lemon juice and three olive oils, as well as lemon zest, mint and chili pepper;

Pour on top of ready-made squid.

Voila !.
