Omelet with vegetables from ICEMAN

Great idea for a healthy lunch or dinner. You can make an omelet in the oven, multicooker and just in a pan.


Ingredients:

100 g of broccoli;

100 green peas;

100 g of green beans

You can use Vegetable mix Vegetables for omelet or any mix from our range to your liking

1 glass of milk;

6 eggs;

vegetable oil;

parsley, dill;

salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:


Defrost all vegetables beforehand. Chop the broccoli.

Pour the vegetables into the pan, simmer for 5 minutes.

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mass into the vegetables. Bake for 20 minutes.

Cut the finished omelette into portions and sprinkle with herbs.
