Cranberry sauce ICEMAN

Your life is always a bright palette. Not only color but also taste. We suggest you try to cook an incredible sauce that will add a bright sparkle to your favorite dish. Today we share a classic cranberry sauce.

Cranberry - 400 gr

Water - 250 ml

Sugar - 200 g

Cinnamon

Orange peel

Pecan

Take 400 g of cranberries from the freezer. Wash and transfer to a bowl.

In a small saucepan, combine 250 ml of water and 200 g of sugar. Put on the fire and dissolve the sugar. You can experiment with the amount of sugar and add to taste. You can also add orange juice instead of water.

Add the cranberries to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until all berries are burst.

Now you can add spices to your taste: cinnamon, orange peel or pecan.

Allow the sauce to cool.


Voila! The sauce is ready. Serve with your favorite dishes.
